The Assisi is an indirect combustion woodburning oven, built into a cement structure with a high quality finish and solid wooden shelves. The Assisi is supplied completely assembled. As expected from all Fontana Forni ovens, this model is ideal for every style of cooking and baking, from bread, meat, and fish to pizza and vegetables. The cooking chamber is separate from the wood chamber allowing a continuous and long lasting heat which helps to guarantee excellent cooking results.
