BBQ Tropical Fruit Skewers
Ingredients:
1 large mango
2 large bananas
½ pineapple
1 ripe papaya
Juice of ½ lime
4 tablespoons of rum
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Cooking Method:
- Prepare all the fruit and cut into large chunks about 1 inch.
- In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, rum and sugar and mix well with the fruit.
- Thread varying fruit onto skewers.
- Cook over hot heat for 3 - 4 minutes each side.
