Greek BBQ Chicken
110 ml olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
2 lemons, juiced
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- Combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano and lemon juice in a glass dish.
- Place the chicken pieces in the mixture, cover and marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Lightly oil the cooking grill and cook the chicken until the juices run clear.
- Dispose of the remainder marinade.
